This is going to be my attempt at losing weight. I'm going to post what I eat daily, how often I exercise, and (this is not something I'm looking forward to) my weight every 2 weeks.

Because I don't want my issues with weight to be posted for everyone in the world, I'm going to make this journal friends-only. If you're looking to lose weight as well, feel free to comment to be added. I could use as much accountability and encouragement as possible!
